01Who counts as a dependent on my plan?
Spouse / domestic partner, biological + adopted + step-children up to age 26, and qualifying elder care (parents or in-laws who live with you or whom you support financially). Add them through the portal — no paperwork, no waiting period at open enrollment.
02How do I reach a clinician at 2am?
Call the 24/7 concierge line. A human picks up first — average ~2 minutes — and routes you to an on-call clinician. Available in 31 languages. For non-urgent questions, message your care team through the app and you’ll have a response by 9am next business day.
03What does my deductible actually cover?
Preventive care, telehealth visits, and behavioral health sessions are $0 — they don’t touch the deductible. Specialty visits, imaging, and prescriptions apply against your tier’s annual deductible. The plan summary flyer in the Library breaks it down by tier.
04Can I keep my current primary care doctor?
If they’re in-network, yes — the portal will surface them when you search. If they’re out-of-network, you can keep seeing them at the out-of-network rate, or use the matching tool to find an in-network clinician with similar specialty + language.
05What happens if I leave the company?
COBRA continuation is available for up to 18 months at the full premium. The portal stays accessible; your care team remains your care team. We don’t hand you off to a different network mid-treatment.
06Where does my data live?
On a HIPAA-compliant encrypted partition. Your employer never sees individual records — only cohort-level utilization trends (e.g. "42% of members used telehealth this quarter"). You can request a full data export at any time from the portal.
